周六煮了香蒜橄濫油什菌意粉,周一炆了花膠,周二回到家有點累,但仍想早點開始寫周三deadline的稿,天氣太冷不想在外頭吃完才回家,打開雪櫃見到其實有食物的,卻連叮到有點懶……
最後,將叮飯工作減至最少,將吃剩的意粉撥到一旁,”hur”了一半冬菇花膠到意粉旁,再加兩、三隻早前朋友弄的醉雞翼,來個一鑊叮。
打開微波爐門,拿出熱騰騰的碟,很messy的感覺,意粉花膠均美味,但這中西合璧單看賣相已夠詭異,跟我周日弄的玫瑰汁煙三文魚寬條麵加煎羊架,完全兩碼子的事。
平日有時間有閒情時,定會逐一叮分別放好在餐桌,甚至再弄點新菜才開餐,但當累+忙時,所有美感都放在一旁吧……
